Meaningful Change in Women’s Mental Health

More than a celebration of our past; our 140th anniversary is an opportunity to look to the future and ensure even better care for Canadians and their mental health.

While medicine and technology have made significant advances in mental health care, the unfortunate reality today is that women’s mental health is often misunderstood and the issues associated with it are often misdiagnosed.

As we continue to help create a better future of mental health care, Homewood Health is making an ongoing commitment to leadership in women’s mental health. We will be building new capabilities and supporting efforts towards the development of knowledge, education and treatment that recognize the role that gender plays in our mental health and provides better care for women, or those who identify as female.

Stay tuned for more details on this exciting announcement in 2024.

Thank You!

To our dedicated staff, partners, supporters, and the countless individuals who have entrusted us with their journey — thank you. Your resilience inspires us, and together, we look forward to the next 140 years of transforming lives and building a world where mental health is prioritized and recovery is celebrated.
