First Responders, Military & Veterans

First responders, military and veterans face the unique and challenging job of protecting, serving and guarding their fellow citizens.

At the Homewood Health Centre, we have designed evidence-based treatment programs that recognize the unique treatment needs for depression, anxiety, substance use and exposure to traumatic situations. Our specialized treatment programs address these challenges and help patients build the skills needed for lasting recovery in a safe space where they can be themselves and discuss the impacts of their professions with people sharing similar experiences.

“I would not be alive today if it was not for this facility, for that I am truly grateful.”

If you have a loved one suffering from mental health, addiction, or other struggles, this facility is a godsend.

Homewood is a new chance at life. The staff and volunteers at this treatment centre are genuinely amazing. Through a two-month stay here I was able to regain confidence in myself and use skills to help with anxiety and addictions.

I have a new perspective on myself and others around me.
