Homewood Health’s Addiction Medicine Program (AMP-SU) is a structured 6-week inpatient recovery program with 24/7 assessment, withdrawal management and evidence-based care for substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
Homewood Health has a long history as a leader in treating eating disorders, mental health, trauma, addiction and co-occurring disorders. We can advise on a treatment program that suits you best.
Addiction Medicine Program patients are assessed at intake and discharge using several tools, including the Aggregated Drug Craving Scale (ADCS). Based on most recent data, 86% of patients had reduced substance cravings at the end of the program, with 72% having mild to no cravings at discharge.
We also monitor patient satisfaction regularly to assist with quality control and ensure patients receive the highest quality care. Based on recent data, 96% of patients stated the program had met their needs.

This program allows time to fully explore mood (e.g. depression, bipolar disorder) and/or anxiety disorders and, where applicable, the intersection of these in combination with substance use issues.
