Eating disorders are a group of serious conditions characterized by abnormal eating habits that negatively impact a person’s physical and mental health. Eating disorders often involve a disturbance in body image and a fear of gaining weight. They can involve severe restriction of food intake, excessive exercise, or other forms of bingeing, such as vomiting or laxative use. These disorders can include anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge-eating disorder.

Centre is able to quickly help individuals access the care they need.
We will work with families, parents and/or referrers to expedite patients as needed, to
ensure their safety and the quickest possible access to care.
