Intensive Outpatient Program

Extra support when you need it most

Access specialized support for depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction or concurrent disorders, all from the comfort of your home. If you do not require inpatient treatment, benefit from one of our online Intensive Outpatient Program streams, which offers evidence-based group and individual therapy that is convenient, affordable and accessible entirely online.

  • 8-week Intensive Outpatient Programs for mental health, addiction and concurrent issues.

Step-Down Program

Facilitating your transition from inpatient care to daily life

Build on the gains you’ve made while in inpatient treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use or concurrent disorders. Learn to implement healthy coping skills and strategies to help you transition back to your day-to-day work and home life with the help of structured group and individual counselling. 

Duration: 20-day program. Schedule and price vary based on need.

We’ll issue you an insurance receipt for timely reimbursement so that you don’t have to carry the full cost of therapy. We recommend you verify with your provider for coverage information.
